Specifications:  Fresh, sweet, free from mildew, in approx.

                           uniform size, with meat in light yellow/milkycolour.

                            L: 70-84 pc/ 500g, M: 85-119 pcs/500g,

                            S: 120-139 pcs/ 500g,

                            Broken(half and up): 140 -160 pcs/500g

  FROZEN STRINGLESS GREEN BEANS
Specifications:  pods fresh and tender, round and straight,

uniform in size 7-12cm in length, available in the following grades:

Medium: 8-9mm in diameter, Small: 7-8mm in diameter,

Special small:7 mm below in diameter.
Packing: in cartons of 10kgs net each, 500g x 20 polythene bags of 5kgs x 2 polythene bags per carton.

  FROZEN CAULIFLOWERS
Specifications: flower-head fresh and tender,

flowers compact, in milky colour, diameter 3-5 cm.
Packing: in cartons of 10kgs net each, 500g x 20

polythene bags of 5kgs x 2polythene bags per carton.

  FROZEN GARLIC GRANULES
Specification: Peeled, in milky colour, whole in appearance, uniform in size.
Packing: packed in cartons of 10kgs net each, 10kg x 1 polythene bags per carton.

  FROZEN BURDOCK
Specifications: Fresh and tender, neatly peeled, in white color.  Cut: Grade A: 60cm in length.

L: diameter 2.6cm min..M: diameter 1.8 - 2.6cm min..   S: diameter 1.2-1.8cm min..

Grade B: 40-60cm in length, the diameter the same as of Grade A respectively.

Packing: in carton of 10kgs net each.
2. Shredded: 3 x 3 mm in transaction, 5-8cm in length.
Packing: B.Q.F. packed in cartons of 10kgs net each. 1kg x 10polythene bags per carton.
                 I.Q.F. packed in carton of 5kgs net each, 5kg x 1 polythene bag.
3. Oblique Sliced: 5mm in thickness.

Packing: packed in cartonns of 10kg net each 500g x 20 polythene bags.
4. Irregular shapes: 3-5g or 7-9g per piece.

Specifications: Fresh and tender, stems and seeds removed,

lengthwise cut into two pieces, comparatively whole in form with

transversal diameter of 5cm min..
Packing: in cartons of 8kgs net each, 500g x 16 polythene bags per carton.

  FROZEN SCALLION
Specifications: Fresh and tender, uniform in size.
I.Q.F. : 1.5cm min in diameter, 5cm in length.
B.Q.F.: About 2cm in diameter, 2-3 cm in length.
Packing: in carton of 10kgs net each, 1kg x 10 polythene bags per carton.
 
  FROZEN YAM
Specifications: Fresh and tender, neatly peeled in white colour, 5-10cm in length, 2.5cm min in diameter.

Specifications: in bright green colour, plumy and in good shape, whitout sprout,

 well glazed with ice.

Specifications: whole in appearance and milky in colour,

neatly peeled, available in the following grades:           
L: 11-15 pieces per 500g, M: 16-25 pcs per 500g,

S: 26-40 pcs per 500g.
Special Small: 41-55 pcs per 500g.
Packing: in cartons of 10kg net each, 500g x 20
